- WHAT IS FRESHEX? IS IT A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
FreshEX delivers nutritionally-balanced, ready-to-eat gourmet daily meals fresh to your doorstep. All meals are prepared for the days which you have selected on your meal calendar. We have no minimum requirements for ordering. FreshEX™ is not a subscription service which means you have total control of what, how much and when you order from us!
- HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Browse our Delivery Menus. Click the items you'd like delivered to your doorstep, and they will be added to your shopping cart. Click the view cart button to see your order and make any adjustments you like. When you are ready to check out, choose a date and time to have your order delivered, or choose Store Pick up and a date if you would like to pick up from the FreshEX Kitchen HQ. During check out, you'll enter in your delivery address and payment information. Your order details, delivery confirmation and receipt will all be sent to the email address you provided us.
- DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR TRAINERS, NUTRITIONISTS, ETC?
Yes. If you’re a fitness professional, you can actually set the meal plans for your client. In addition, you receive commissions on their meals that you can use redeem for cash or food.

- HOW DO I HEAT THE MEALS?
All of our hot meals are safe to eat cold because they are pre-cooked, but we think hot meals taste better hot! For those, we serve our food in microwave-safe containers, and each meal will have a label with recommended cooking times and instructions. Generally, most of our meals only require 90 seconds - 2 minutes in the microwave oven (depending on the power of your microwave and personal preferences).
- HOW LONG WILL THE MEALS STAY FRESH?
Properly refrigerated, our meals will stay fresh for 4-6 days.
- ARE THE MEALS EVER FROZEN?
No, we prepare all our meals fresh.
